INTERIOR DESIGNER
Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Develop interior design concepts, space planning, and design proposals for residential projects.
- Prepare 2D drawings, layout plans, detailed drawings, and construction drawings.
- Create 3D models and photorealistic renderings for design presentations.
- Participate in the design and planning of Show Units, residential developments, and interior spaces.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design requirements are met.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fittings that align with project concepts and objectives.
- Ensure design quality, project timelines, and company standards are achieved.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related disciplines.
- Proficient in SketchUp, V-Ray, AutoCAD, or other related design software.
- Strong understanding of space planning, interior detailing, and design aesthetics.Ability to independently prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentation renderings.
- Knowledge of construction drawings and practical design implementation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn.
