Junior Executive
Responsibilities:

  • As a Sales Executive at Shang Height, you will represent a premium property brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales performance across our residential and commercial developments.

Requirements:

  • Manage and convert sales leads through effective follow-ups and consultations
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and showroom tours with professionalism
  • Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored property solutions
  • Guide purchasers through the full sales process, including booking, loan, and documentation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, bankers, and internal teams
  • Actively generate new leads through marketing activities, social media, and networking
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales progress in the system
  • Stay updated on project knowledge, market trends, and competitors
