Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- As a Sales Executive at Shang Height, you will represent a premium property brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales performance across our residential and commercial developments.
Requirements:
- Manage and convert sales leads through effective follow-ups and consultations
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and showroom tours with professionalism
- Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored property solutions
- Guide purchasers through the full sales process, including booking, loan, and documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, bankers, and internal teams
- Actively generate new leads through marketing activities, social media, and networking
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales progress in the system
- Stay updated on project knowledge, market trends, and competitors
